I realise that I sew in spurts. I would go crazy and sew, sew, sew and then take a long break. I haven't been posting much on my sewing cos it's either not worth blogging about or I just haven't been sewing.
We are going to HK next month. Didn't want to buy any warm clothes for Kim, only for her to wear it once. Afterall, we do live in Singapore. Tried to borrow some but none were suitable so decided to sew a pullover. I had already bought a nice fleece fabric. Just needed to take out the pattern, cut the fabric and sew away. I decided to add a kangaroo pocket to it since she loves playing with pockets these days.

Nice, Van! Someday you must teach me to sew cuffs. I've never sewn them. Are they easy?
Yes, rather easy. Basically cut a rectangle. Join the ends of the length together right sides facing. Then fold the width in half wrong sides facing. Loop this over the sleeve so that the cuff is outside of the sleeve, lining up the edges together. Then sew all three layers together (double layer of folded cuff and the sleeve). Does that make sense?
This is a nice piece..well done Van
